Delivery time and shipping costs
Delivery times
To offer the best possible experience we try to ship all our orders within 24 hours after the order is placed. For some mats (or combination of mats) this however is not always possible. In this case, we will do our utmost to ship your order within 72 hours.
We often manage to deliver your doormat to you within 3 days, but sometimes it can take a little longer. If this is the case, we will try to keep you informed as best we can. Do you have an urgent order? Please contact us so that we can find a solution together.
Doormats delivery
After we have cut, checked and properly packed your mat(s), we will hand over your order to our own carriers Trans-Mission or GLS. After your mat has been handed over to them, you will receive a link via email with which you can track your order. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about shipping or delivery!
It is important to know that mats that are shipped on Friday are normally delivered on Monday at the earliest. If you would like to receive your mat on Saturday, please contact us so that we can look for a possible solution together.
Shipping cost
