Warranty period
The warranty and warranty period are determined by law and the General Terms and Conditions of WebwinkelKeur. The warranty period starts from the date on which you purchased your doormat.
We will of course handle your order as carefully as possible. However, it is possible that your product may be damaged during shipping. In that case, we would like to ask you to contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or via info@mattigo.com. Always include your details and order number with your report for quick processing. We will then do everything we can to find a suitable solution together with you.
Warranty conditions
Of course we guarantee our products, but we cannot give any guarantee if there is:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Intentional damage or negligence;
- Improper use or neglectful maintenance;
- Damage caused by failure to observe the instructions for use, or failure to observe them correctly.
