Returning ready-made doormats
For returning ready-made doormats, of which we still have a few in our range, we have a return period of 14 days. When returning, please note that the doormat must be returned in its original condition – i.e. unused. As soon as we have received your package, we will refund the order amount to your account. The shipping costs remain at your own expense. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary
to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.

When will I receive my refund?
You will receive a refund as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received your return notification. We will refund the full order amount using the same payment method you used to place your order. We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof of shipment.
Please note that you are only liable for any diminished value of the mat resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the mat.
